Athlete Village Priority Program
The Corporate Cup athlete village – a place to crack a cold beer, grab a taco from the pit and relive your jaw-dropping performance at the Frisbee toss with coworkers. Our athlete village priority program will allow companies to choose their tailgating location by zone ahead of time so there won’t be a rush or any issues during Friday’s setup. Teams will also have the option to purchase one additional parking space to allow them to spread out a little more. There will be a zone designated for “free” tailgating if upgrading doesn’t fit into your budget this year. Pricing, registration and a priority zone map are available on the event’s website.
Electricity will not be provided at tents and generators are not allowed. Teams may bring in ice chests and coolers with drinks and refreshments to supplement concessions and the beer garden provided in the athlete village.
Valero Team Tailgate Contest
As always, in the spirit of fun and camaraderie, we encourage teams to show off their company pride and decorate their area as they see fit. Back by popular demand, teams will be judged by division and first place finishers will be recognized as the winner in the Valero Team Tailgate Contest. Décor, themes and overall spirit will be a part of the contest criteria.
Beer Garden
What would Corporate Cup be without FREE beer! Saint Archer Gold will be supplying the liquid carbohydrates for participants and spectators in the athlete village. Those of age will enjoy a wide variety of free beer served by our TABC trained staff and volunteers. Please remind your employees that ID’s are required to receive a wristband and to always drink responsibly.
