2. Best BBQ pit display
3. Best side dishes
JUDGING
Judges will choose the best tasting BBQ meat, sauce, side dishes, and best BBQ pit display between 10am – Noon based on the above criteria. Winners from each division will be announced prior to the awarding of their division’s cup.
PRIZES
The winning companies from each division will receive a trophy.
